In short if i could give then 0 stars I would. I have been ordering from eatstreet semi regularly for a few months not, but the customer service is just absolutely the worst. I ordered food and then after 40 minutes they said it was canceled. No other information, just that. I contacted them and they just told me that they couldn't reach the restuarant. Okay, fine, so i began ordering from another place and then about 10 minutes in I got a call from the place I originally ordered from. They told me the food was ready, but they didnt have one of the items which is fine. I asked for something else. I contacted eatstreet again and they not only refused to just send a driver to get it, but also told me to just place another order. Now this was already after charging me $50 and saying it will take up to 5 business days to get my refund. At this point my food is ready and they are trying to tell me that the restuarant is unreachable so they HAD to cancel the order. 1 1/2 hours later after the original order and they are telling to me place ANOTHER order, so i can wait another hour for food that they could potentially cancel again. That is my story of why, even though I have used them often, i will never use the service again, and why I hope no one else waste their time with them either.
