“The app placed an order twice for the same food. Was told to call this company which I did and Andrea answered and was the rudest person I’ve ever delt with. She said I placed the order twice which I told her I didn’t and that it could be an issue with the system especially since that’s what the restaurant I ordered from said it happens all the time with this company. Then she said she can’t get me a supervisor and when I asked why she said she can’t disclose the reason and said I would just need to call back in. Will never use that company again. You could just tell she hates her just because I wasn’t rude at all and once I told her the call is being recorded she fixed her attitude.”
“Placed an order tonight and never received the order. I did enter one of my street numbers incorrectly but the address I entered does not exist. The driver left at a house that is not on my street and never reached out that it had been delivered. I only found out what house it was delivered to after I contacted them. I have no idea where this house is located but it is not in our neighborhood. I knew I should have stayed with Door Dash🙁”
“I place an order when I was sick at home. Instead of being delivered to the address I typed in, it was delivered to a business in a completely different city. Instead of trying to rectify the situation I was told there is nothing they were willing to do. Also if I had an issues to follow up with my bank. I'll be making sure to tell more people about this experience other than just a review.”

“I received rotten food from Applebees and eatstreet could not do anything about it so they said. Applebees said only eatstreet can refund or redeliver. Apparently not. $63 for a quesadillas burger and salad and it’s rotten. Unbelievable. I would give zero stars if I could. I deleted my account with them.”
“I used EatStreet thrice and they always said they will delivery within 25-30 minutes, but they always deliver in 2 hours and once they didn’t deliver at all. Whenever I tell customer service, they say, we cannot get in touch with driver”

“Complete scam, doesn't deliver your food. Takes your order and your money, takes 5.99 delivery fee and tip, never delivers! I called to figure out where my order was and they say my order number doesnt match amd I should call the restaurant. The restaurant says they never recieved an online order and never have used that delivery service before and told me to call eatstreet back. Never again will I order from any other delivery services unless they are reputable like grub hub/door dash or uber eats. 1000% don't recommend using this company/service”
“Unit numbers don't show up on their end even when on my end it is clearly there. Then they won't refund without getting a refund from the store, even though it's their issue and not the store's.”

I left they told me because I reached out after my order had been “ confirmed” they couldn’t do anything. When else would you complain? Before your order had been messed up? “Used this service for the first time. Due to serious knee injury I requested that the delivery person enter the home and bring the food up the stairs (one flight) to my apartment. He left the food outside in freezing temperatures. Food was late and cold....and regrettably I put a 20% tip on the order when I placed it. I won't be using this service again.
