“I used EatStreet thrice and they always said they will delivery within 25-30 minutes, but they always deliver in 2 hours and once they didn’t deliver at all. Whenever I tell customer service, they say, we cannot get in touch with driver”
“SCAM! I tried to cancel my order the place I ordered from said call eatstreet because it wasnt anything they could do since i ordered through a third party
Once i reach eatstreet they said i had to reach out to the actual place i ordered from so i tried agian at this point its been 20 plus min ofc now the order they couldnt find is ready and its too late to cancel

“Complete scam, doesn't deliver your food. Takes your order and your money, takes 5.99 delivery fee and tip, never delivers! I called to figure out where my order was and they say my order number doesnt match amd I should call the restaurant. The restaurant says they never recieved an online order and never have used that delivery service before and told me to call eatstreet back. Never again will I order from any other delivery services unless they are reputable like grub hub/door dash or uber eats. 1000% don't recommend using this company/service”
“Unit numbers don't show up on their end even when on my end it is clearly there. Then they won't refund without getting a refund from the store, even though it's their issue and not the store's.”
“Absolutely terrible! I waited almost 2 hours for my food and they hadn’t even received the order. I left they told me because I reached out after my order had been “ confirmed” they couldn’t do anything. When else would you complain? Before your order had been messed up? Do not use do not recommend”
“Used this service for the first time. Due to serious knee injury I requested that the delivery person enter the home and bring the food up the stairs (one flight) to my apartment. He left the food outside in freezing temperatures. Food was late and cold....and regrettably I put a 20% tip on the order when I placed it. I won't be using this service again.

“The worst service ever. I place online order to pick up, then I picked up the order from the restaurant that the eatstreet charging me for over 10$ extra than the price that the restaurant gets. It’s literally stealing our money without any notice that the prices r higher than real ones.”
