Worst service. My pizza was left half a block away from my apartment and in the snow so when I finally got in touch with someone the pizza was frozen. Never again will I use them.

Once again, EatStreet got our order wrong. Usually, they miss an item or two. Tonight, they gave us someone else's order. What was EatStreet's fix? A refund for 1/2 of the price of the purchase. I will NOT be using EatStreet again.

I ordered from a local pizza place. By the time all of the fees and tip were added, my bill was $50. The pizza did not arrive on time. I tried contacting help from Eat Street on three occasions, the pizza didn't come. I finally fed my guests leftover lasagna. The pizza arrived two hours after it was ordered. We didn't even want it because we had already eaten. Eat Street gave me a coupon for $4 off of my next order. Really?!!!

They didn't past on to the business the time for the food pickup So the business threw away cold food And customer person showed up The restaurant graciously made food again. Could have been avoided if eatstreets had past on the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Driver never delivered my pizza. Didn’t call to verify address. Said she “couldn’t remember “ where she left my pizza. She delivered my re-order an hour later- she came to my apartment then, but couldn’t remember where she left my pizza an hour before NEVER NEVER NEVER use this service

Inflated menu prices instead of being transparent about fees. Scammers. Refused ro refund $4. Pathetic.

im a restaurant owner. these folks did everything right to sign us up for the service with them. absolutely zero customer service. They will not respond to emails. ive sent 3-4 in last month. I have called several times and talked to CSR and told them i want to cancel my account for the outrageous fees they are imposing on us. CSR said they are escalating call to management and they will contact me within a day or so. NOTHING. called again and same message. nothing! hoping this bad review will get their attention and someone will contact me. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS FOR DELIVERY SERVICE. all they seemed to be interested in is fees and more fees with no way to cancel service...in my experience.

Sent me an email with a discount code. Tried to place an order from there. No place to put the discount code and says you have to use the app. Restarted the order from scratch after downloading the app to my phone and redoing my password to use it. Asked for my card and wouldn't use the google-stored card. Then there was still no place to put the discount code. Made the order at full price and fired off an email. Now I am two levels into customer service and, despite the fact that I described the problem, they are still asking me for a screen shot of what happened after I pushed the non-existent "have a discount?" button. They're actually not reading my emails or responses. I'm done. (The food was good though. It seems like most people are calling the restaurant directly.)

HORRIBLE SERVICE, Eat Street grab more order and routed to a location 30 miles away from me, no ability to cancel even when directly calling the location. AWFUL, this business should not be allowed to exist.

My food took 48 minutes to deliver after it said it would be 10-15. The milkshake was melted and the food was cold. I wouldn't be writing a bad review if eatatreet cared at all about the absolute lack of quality. The whole order was inedible, and I was offered an 8 dollar coupon towards a next order on a 44 dollar order that was disgusting. I'm still trying to escalate that because it's the worst service I've ever had. Restaurants will issue refunds. Eatatreet only gives you a deal on your next order, and it's 20 percent of what you paid for 0% edible food.

They inflate the menu prices, by almost 15%. They say they don't charge a service fee, but then they inflate the prices of a restaurant menu? Got to know that after I picked up my order and the actual ticket was almost 6 bucks less than what these guys charged me. For pick up. Really. Crooked ways.

Clicked on the link for a restaurant. It clearly indicated that the order was going to be through Eat Street, which was fine. Under the “pick up tab” It said “No min order- No service fee”. Under the delivery tab was the delivery costing, which was fine. This information lead me to believe that there was a cost for delivery, but simply ordering for a pick up had no cost. Got to the restaurant only to find that the Eat Street online menu (and what I paid) had been marked up by 30%. A 30% surprise!!!! Shame on you. Very misleading! I will never order, or use an Eat Street service again.

You pay for food. They screw up ordering it (left food out of order) and then offer to refund you 70% of what you just paid for. Should be a crime. Absolute garbage

Do NOT use EatStreet to order your meals. I placed my order at 10:59am on a Friday morning and the order tracker stayed on "Preparing" while the "Order will arrive in" time continued to get longer and longer. After an hour, I called the restaurant (which is literally 2 blocks from my house) only to be told that, although a driver was assigned, my order had been sitting ready for over 40 minutes. Hungry and frustrated, I drove to the restaurant myself to retrieve my overpriced order. Even now, at 4:30pm, my order still shows "Preparing." I contacted EatStreet customer service through their live chat feature and was told my order could not be refunded in full because I picked up the order. Instead, I was offered a partial refund for the tip ($6.27) and the delivery fee ($3.99), but not for the “additional fees” of $4.78 because I used their service to order. An order that would have cost me $23.49 had I ordered directly from the restaurant ended up costing me $31.70, after applying the refund. Will never use their service again. 2 star rating only because I was issued a partial refund.

I placed a order and was called by restaurant to say order would not be done no drivers but you charged my card anyway. Then placed an order and restaurant never received it and you charged my card again. First time I used this app. Will never use again. Very poor experience.

We placed our order at 6:05 and given a time of 40 minutes. At 7:18 a phone call from the restaurant let us know that our food was still there. That it had been sitting there for 40 minutes. They suggested I contact EatStreet. I opted to “chat” with Customer Service and was told if I had an issue with the food I would need to report it. I find it absolutely ridiculous that I already contacted customer service to complain that we still had not received our food, that our food had been sitting at the restaurant, that the restaurant called to say it didn’t look like anyone was dispatched to pick up our food, and that our food was now undoubtedly cold and soggy. Again, I was told to report it our food was unsatisfactory. I had asked for a full refund at that point. We did not have our food. We did not want cold, soggy food. I was told to report it again. I was also told it was the restaurant that was to blame. So the restaurant was to blame, but yet they called me to let me know my food was sitting there and had not been picked up. That is ridiculous! We got cold soggy food finally over an hour later and I filed a complaint and asked for a refund. They offered me a $10 coupon that has to be used in 45-days. I don’t want a coupon- I will never use their service again. I want a Refund for the horrible service. And a $10 coupon doesn’t cover the delivery & service fees.
