So, I get home after a 12 hour shift on my Birthday and decide I want some Thai food for dinner. I find Thai Cuisine online and set for a delivery. I place my order and EatStreet shows me the tracking of it. I took about and hour for the driver to leave with my food at 5:02. Now I live less than 2 miles from the restaurant so I figure 10 minutes at most. I give it 30 minutes and nothing. EatStreet support says to call the restaurant, so I do and a gentleman answer the phone. First he says he doesn't see my order, then he comes back and says he'll make it right now. I tried to explain that the driver left at 5:02 with already and I'd like my food. After all, my CC had been charged the $39.64 already. So he says he'll make it and have it delivered and will charge me again. I work for a company that has been in business since 1916, and our success is because of our Customer Service. This Gentlemen lacks any of that. EatStreet is allowed to operate out of this restaurant, so the bottom line is that I am Thai Cuisines customer, not EatStreet because EatStreet gives the money to the restaurant for my meal just as a Server would. I will definitely not recommend this place to any of my numerous friends or business colleagues. For fear they'd try to double charge us and the cooks would be out there stripping our Harleys. I contact EatStreet and they state that Thai Cuisine is responable for the refund and it clearly shows that on my CC statement. Yet they refuse to refund me for the no delivery despite Eat Street tracking shows that it was picked up at 5:02pm and never deliver and the gentlemen at Thai Cuisine said he'd make it for me but would charge me again. Never got a refund from either businesses, nor did I get my food

First the restaurant, food and staff were excellent. That being said, EATSTREET is a scam!!! I looked up the restaurant on google maps. When the menu came up to order for pick-up, eatstreet came up as a default. I ordered for pick-up and they added almost 30% per menu item...for what? I didn't realize until I saw the actual menu prices when I went to the restaurant to get the order. Call the restaurant if you want to order.

Never received my order told me that I'm out of route and the business hours. I live less than a mile from the location not only that but this is a breakfast place they were clearly open and even on eat street app it showed my order was ready for pickup. Filing a complaint with BBB and disputing charge on credit card.

I accidentally ordered from the wrong place, and they REFUSED to give me my money back!! They are LIARS AND CROOKS!! I will be making a lawsuit against this company first thing tomorrow morning!!!! I never got any food, or my money back!!!! Please do NOT do business with these people cause they will rob you JUST LIKE they did to me 45min ago!!!!!

Eatstreet should be called Elm street that's how bad this company is. It's like ordering from a Ghost because you pay your money and you never get your food or refund this is the worst place you can ever order from this company I would never order from I don't care if it was the last place on Earth that was delivering . Email to cancel Email for refund that already let you know this company is in the delivery business for the wrong reason . When you order food from this company you should be able to get your food or get a refund quickly or a credit Eat street means the delivery driver is eating your food on the street you order from they didn't even deserve the star I gave them . This person who own this company didn't have serving his customer in time or just refund all this company had in mind is we goingvto make it hard for them to get their money back in case things go wrong or they need to cancel .Eatstreet is the worst street you can ever order from and my money and my kids money and their kids money and their kids kids money or future generation money will never touch the pockets of this terrible company again . This company deserve a F and I'm on my way to BBB then I'm filing a lawsuit.

I accidentally order from the wrong location. I tried to contact customer service. I never got a reply and I never got a refund. I will never use them again.

Horrible service!! Waited 2 hours for our order, which never arrived. Eat Street cancelled my order saying the restaurant was closed. Total lie. Hours of operation were 11-9.

Good took longer than indicated. Marked as delivered when it was not. Got in touch with “customer service”, then disconnected, to having to call back. In the 15 minute interim, someone delivered a cold pizza, at least 12 minutes after alerting me it was there. Multiple checks, an escaped dog, to be told I get a $4 credit towards a future order. $4 off an inedible $20 meal. The explanation? “Driver accidentally marked delivered.” Oops, my bad. Utterly dissatisfying. Never again.

Worst service. My pizza was left half a block away from my apartment and in the snow so when I finally got in touch with someone the pizza was frozen. Never again will I use them.

Once again, EatStreet got our order wrong. Usually, they miss an item or two. Tonight, they gave us someone else's order. What was EatStreet's fix? A refund for 1/2 of the price of the purchase. I will NOT be using EatStreet again.

I ordered from a local pizza place. By the time all of the fees and tip were added, my bill was $50. The pizza did not arrive on time. I tried contacting help from Eat Street on three occasions, the pizza didn't come. I finally fed my guests leftover lasagna. The pizza arrived two hours after it was ordered. We didn't even want it because we had already eaten. Eat Street gave me a coupon for $4 off of my next order. Really?!!!

They didn't past on to the business the time for the food pickup So the business threw away cold food And customer person showed up The restaurant graciously made food again. Could have been avoided if eatstreets had past on the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Driver never delivered my pizza. Didn’t call to verify address. Said she “couldn’t remember “ where she left my pizza. She delivered my re-order an hour later- she came to my apartment then, but couldn’t remember where she left my pizza an hour before NEVER NEVER NEVER use this service

im a restaurant owner. these folks did everything right to sign us up for the service with them. absolutely zero customer service. They will not respond to emails. ive sent 3-4 in last month. I have called several times and talked to CSR and told them i want to cancel my account for the outrageous fees they are imposing on us. CSR said they are escalating call to management and they will contact me within a day or so. NOTHING. called again and same message. nothing! hoping this bad review will get their attention and someone will contact me. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS FOR DELIVERY SERVICE. all they seemed to be interested in is fees and more fees with no way to cancel service...in my experience.

Sent me an email with a discount code. Tried to place an order from there. No place to put the discount code and says you have to use the app. Restarted the order from scratch after downloading the app to my phone and redoing my password to use it. Asked for my card and wouldn't use the google-stored card. Then there was still no place to put the discount code. Made the order at full price and fired off an email. Now I am two levels into customer service and, despite the fact that I described the problem, they are still asking me for a screen shot of what happened after I pushed the non-existent "have a discount?" button. They're actually not reading my emails or responses. I'm done. (The food was good though. It seems like most people are calling the restaurant directly.)

HORRIBLE SERVICE, Eat Street grab more order and routed to a location 30 miles away from me, no ability to cancel even when directly calling the location. AWFUL, this business should not be allowed to exist.

My food took 48 minutes to deliver after it said it would be 10-15. The milkshake was melted and the food was cold. I wouldn't be writing a bad review if eatatreet cared at all about the absolute lack of quality. The whole order was inedible, and I was offered an 8 dollar coupon towards a next order on a 44 dollar order that was disgusting. I'm still trying to escalate that because it's the worst service I've ever had. Restaurants will issue refunds. Eatatreet only gives you a deal on your next order, and it's 20 percent of what you paid for 0% edible food.
