“They inflate the menu prices, by almost 15%. They say they don't charge a service fee, but then they inflate the prices of a restaurant menu? Got to know that after I picked up my order and the actual ticket was almost 6 bucks less than what these guys charged me. For pick up. Really.

“Clicked on the link for a restaurant. It clearly indicated that the order was going to be through Eat Street, which was fine. Under the “pick up tab” It said “No min order- No service fee”. Under the delivery tab was the delivery costing, which was fine. This information lead me to believe that there was a cost for delivery, but simply ordering for a pick up had no cost. Got to the restaurant only to find that the Eat Street online menu (and what I paid) had been marked up by 30%. A 30% surprise!!!! Shame on you. Very misleading! I will never order, or use an Eat Street service again.”

“Do NOT use EatStreet to order your meals. I placed my order at 10:59am on a Friday morning and the order tracker stayed on "Preparing" while the "Order will arrive in" time continued to get longer and longer. After an hour, I called the restaurant (which is literally 2 blocks from my house) only to be told that, although a driver was assigned, my order had been sitting ready for over 40 minutes. Hungry and frustrated, I drove to the restaurant myself to retrieve my overpriced order. Even now, at 4:30pm, my order still shows "Preparing." I contacted EatStreet customer service through their live chat feature and was told my order could not be refunded in full because I picked up the order. Instead, I was offered a partial refund for the tip ($6.27) and the delivery fee ($3.99), but not for the “additional fees” of $4.78 because I used their service to order. An order that would have cost me $23.49 had I ordered directly from the restaurant ended up costing me $31.70, after applying the refund. Will never use their service again. 2 star rating only because I was issued a partial refund.”
“I placed a order and was called by restaurant to say order would not be done no drivers but you charged my card anyway. Then placed an order and restaurant never received it and you charged my card again. First time I used this app. Will never use again. Very poor experience.”
“We placed our order at 6:05 and given a time of 40 minutes.
At 7:18 a phone call from the restaurant let us know that our food was still there. That it had been sitting there for 40 minutes. They suggested I contact EatStreet.
I opted to “chat” with Customer Service and was told if I had an issue with the food I would need to report it.
I find it absolutely ridiculous that I already contacted customer service to complain that we still had not received our food, that our food had been sitting at the restaurant, that the restaurant called to say it didn’t look like anyone was dispatched to pick up our food, and that our food was now undoubtedly cold and soggy.
Again, I was told to report it our food was unsatisfactory. I had asked for a full refund at that point. We did not have our food. We did not want cold, soggy food. I was told to report it again. I was also told it was the restaurant that was to blame. So the restaurant was to blame, but yet they called me to let me know my food was sitting there and had not been picked up. That is ridiculous!
We got cold soggy food finally over an hour later and I filed a complaint and asked for a refund. They offered me a $10 coupon that has to be used in 45-days. I don’t want a coupon- I will never use their service again. I want a Refund for the horrible service. And a $10 coupon doesn’t cover the delivery & service fees.”
“They stole our money and won't refund it. Our food was never delivered. Eat street says we need to contact the restaurant that we ordered from for a refund, the restaurant says eat street ows us. All i know is we payed almost $50 and never got our food and now were getting the run-around.”

“Our order was marked as delivered.. but our food never showed up. Additionally, the only way to contact someone with eat street is to email customer service, what a joke. Why can I not message or call my delivery driver like every other food delivery service?”
“It took 40 minutes for the driver to get to my house with my food.! I also drive for a different food service and I know for a fact it should take 15-17 minutes to get to my house from that restaurant. When I was tracking my food it was picked up and delivered to my address all at the same time. Weird right...how would I know that? Well...when I still had not had my delivery 30 minutes after the fact I called the restaurant. Not only were they able to tell me the drivers name but they told me what time she had picked it up. She picked it up at the same time I got the notice that it was delivered. 40 minutes in-between. When she finally got to my house I threw my food out. Why would I eat it she took 25 minutes to long to get it to me and god knows what she may have done to it. Do use this service!”

“If there was 0 stars I would give that. 20% service fee on your food order + a delivery fee never use this service. Lived in Madison my whole life, the also screw over the food venders negotiating lower prices to increase their profit margins. It’s killed local delivery”
“They have high service charges and the time food is ready is horribly inaccurate. They don't let restaurants vary this time in the settings. On top of this, they don't pay the restaurant for weeks. If this is the app listed, call the restaurant instead.”
“After placing my order, no updates so had no way to track it. Turned out it was never going to be delivered and mysteriously they couldn't get a hold of the driver. They "refunded" my meal except they didn't. CS does anything and everything they can to get you off the line ASAP. How this place is still in business is honestly incredible. I would trust a five year old on a tricycle more than eat street.”
“Not getting my rewards or customer service
I've used EatStreet extensively over the last two years. The drivers have been pretty consistent with good delivery. However, EatStreet itself is dropping the ball on applying my account rewards and on customer service. I've been trying to obtain my rewards for over a week (at least three behind as of today). Live chat cut me off (I wasn't rude, I just didn't type fast enough) and no response to my emails. I'll have to look for a new delivery service.”
“Unfortunate I can’t leave zero stars. My order came with the wrong toppings and missing toppings, I asked for a refund and they refunded me 58 cents for the toppings and said the order was in otherwise great condition.”
