For a pickup, I was charged a 23% increase! And, I'm sure the restaurant didn't receive the tip I added, since it's not listed on the receipt the restaurant gave me.

In short if i could give then 0 stars I would. I have been ordering from eatstreet semi regularly for a few months not, but the customer service is just absolutely the worst. I ordered food and then after 40 minutes they said it was canceled. No other information, just that. I contacted them and they just told me that they couldn't reach the restuarant. Okay, fine, so i began ordering from another place and then about 10 minutes in I got a call from the place I originally ordered from. They told me the food was ready, but they didnt have one of the items which is fine. I asked for something else. I contacted eatstreet again and they not only refused to just send a driver to get it, but also told me to just place another order. Now this was already after charging me $50 and saying it will take up to 5 business days to get my refund. At this point my food is ready and they are trying to tell me that the restuarant is unreachable so they HAD to cancel the order. 1 1/2 hours later after the original order and they are telling to me place ANOTHER order, so i can wait another hour for food that they could potentially cancel again. That is my story of why, even though I have used them often, i will never use the service again, and why I hope no one else waste their time with them either.

First time trying them, and the last. Ordered Food from 2 miles away at 5:57. It said 15-25 minutes on the Tracker. At 6:30 the Tracker still hadn’t moved. At 6:40 I called Customer Service. After being on hold he stated he just talked to the Driver and he was in the Drive Thru. I finally got my Food at 7:15....took 35 minutes to travel 2 miles in a rural town??!! They suck. Never again

Very slow delivery. Dude blamed it on restaurant backlogs but per the tracker it took him 40 to go about 7 miles. Not a happy girl.

their app adds items to an order when you don’t select. i’ve had more incorrect orders than correct and now my food is sitting here uneaten because it is incorrect and gross. i contacted their “customer service” and was told. it was basically my fault.

I placed an order (12/5/20) only to later receive an "order canceled" email, leaving me hungry and without food. What's worse, my previous order (12/1/20) left me waiting for hours. Nothing. Paypal shows an authorization to EatStreet for $40.96. This authorization never did complete itself. I think I know the reason. But you would think the EatStreet system would have at least contacted me to see why my order did not complete itself after a couple hours. Instead, I just sat around waiting and waiting. I kept checking for update info in the EatStreet app, but found none. I had deleted my account over the spring and summer b/c of the way I was treated by their customer support last winter. I wanted nothing to do with EatStreet. But too many of my favorite restaurants are tied to EatStreet. Most of the restaurants I order from are locked up by Eatstreet. I live in Madison, WI, which is where EatStreet has its HQ. If I could order from my favorite restaurants with another service, I would. So here I am, suffering their terrible service, once again.

I got covid and my room mate lost their job there HR sucks at returning messages emails and phone calls!!

EatStreet constantly messes up orders, and sometimes doesn't deliver them at all. Not only are they incredibly unprofessional, their complete disregard for food sensitivities and allergies is going to land someone in the hospital. I ordered a bean burrito off of a vegetarian menu today, and I was delivered a beef burrito. The driver literally ran to my door, dropped the bag of food, and then ran back to his car. Since it LOOKED the same as my usual bean burrito, I took a bite. I feel like I've had a rock in my stomach for the last 5 hours, and I'm honestly amazed I didn't vomit. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. Businesses shouldn't even use EatStreet for delivery, because it looks bad for them!! I paid $20 for food that made me sick, that I threw in the trash, and I won't see that money for at least 2 days. There's no accountability, they're doing nothing to make their service better, because they do not care.

Excessive 15% service fee taken by EatStreet merely to place a pick up order. I will never again use this service.

DON'T DELIVER AFTER 7pm ????? This is my very first experience with the Eat Street service. These guys need to do better. No. I won't be ordering through Eat Street again. I asked them to cancel my account. It has been an hour, they said now won't be ready for another 20 minutes, I have to pick it up, we won't eat till 8:45 and the only reason I found out about there was even a problem is because I randomly called to check on the order. Super inconvenient.  I am not sure who the problem is with. The store actually said it was Eat Street who don't work past 7 (again, not mentioned on their website OR the restaurant!!!) sooooo.... passing the buck both ways is also ANNOYING. Customers should be notified BEFORE payment. Now I am paying $60 for BURRITOS!!! I know you said that my order was cancelled and I would get my money back in 2 days - oh but then its the weekend soooooo it will really be like, 5 days. Again ANNOYING.  Anyway. I guess I will believe it when I see it that my money is coming back.

I ordered from Tortilla Jack's today. My order was on time but it was cold and the delivery person did NOT have on a mask.

I have had two bad orders from this company. The first is when they didnt delivery my food, I called the restaurant they said I am so sorry would you like to pick it up... well after waiting an hour and getting a delivery confirmation email sent to me. I decided to do just that. As it happen I showed up right behind the delivery driver walking in to pick it up ?!?!?!?! I was confused and angry but it is just one instance. So give it another go. The second time I just use eat-street to order online from a local Japanese restaurant that doesn't have their own online system. I walk in there having paid online for my expensive sushi, only to be told by the nice gal behind the counter that had I called in the order it would have been about $30.00 less. So... I paid someone at eat-street $30.00 to order my food, and then I spent time and money to drive myself to get it!!!

Placed an order through there app. Waited over 2 hours for delivery when I contacted them to see what was going on they said the restaurant said they couldn’t deliver to my area anymore. This is the 3rd time this has happened and I’m officially done with their garbage service
