Good took longer than indicated. Marked as delivered when it was not. Got in touch with “customer service”, then disconnected, to having to call back. In the 15 minute interim, someone delivered a cold pizza, at least 12 minutes after alerting me it was there. Multiple checks, an escaped dog, to be told I get a $4 credit towards a future order. $4 off an inedible $20 meal. The explanation? “Driver accidentally marked delivered.” Oops, my bad. Utterly dissatisfying. Never again.
