Used this service for the first time. Due to serious knee injury I requested that the delivery person enter the home and bring the food up the stairs (one flight) to my apartment. He left the food outside in freezing temperatures. Food was late and cold....and regrettably I put a 20% tip on the order when I placed it. I won't be using this service again.
