there new payment without paypal. you sell , buyer pays ebay maybe 2 days later ebay holds your money.. you ship without tracking , however long it takes. if buyer doesn't give feed back good luck trying to get paid.. without confirmation ebay may not pay you for weeks or months.. who sells without getting paid for that long a time? thats what i seem to get from new system..
