eBay is about it's sellers rights. The seller and eBay does not live up to guaranteed delivery dates or even just basic delivery at all. Buyer creates work for themselves having to convince sellers to ship an item after shipping label has been created.
The only service eBay can perform religiously is to debit your account when the shipping label is created. Sellers lose their accountability once the money changes hands. eBay is right behind them!
