Ebay scammed me along with the seller. The seller can put a tracking number to a package going to same zip code as your location. They then call the package delivered and fail to do due diligence to figure what is going on.
On appeal they ask you to file a police report and waste police resources on a problem their company is creating the first place. (Require verification of package).
I have been using eBay since 2001 with no issues and should one arise the history means nothing. Horrible business practices.
