BUYER BEWARE - ebay does not back buyers any more!
seller guaranteed next day delivery but seller did not ship it till next day. ebay blamed the USPS - WTF!! seller shipped book rate. it went to 5 (FIVE) different USPS facilities in one state.
I immediately asked ebay to 'step in' and because the item was delivered (five days late) ebay closed my request for a refund -- again WTF! the seller is advertising for something they do not do. that is fraudulent and misrepresentation! and ebay is okay with it! AGAIN - BUYER BEWARE!!
