I have been selling as a private individual to support a charity.
I have been forced to Direct selling under managed payments.
A week after my first complaint despite initial promises this matter has not been resolved.
Additional restrictions have been placed to make trading harder.
I agree with others that Ebay have no effective or fair dispute resolution system and side 99.9% of the time with buyers. They are complicit in supporting the dishonest and deceitful.
A week on and no where near being sorted. Every person you speak to tells you something different, even managers.
Promises made are not honoured.
There are serious organisational problems. It is difficult to work out whether it is organisational incompetence or dishonesty and deceit or a combination of the two.
In my case they have even threatened to permanently exclude the charity from Direct selling over this.
Certainly with the problems I have face I find one star is too generous.
