I'm sorry I couldn't rate this lower than 1 star. Helped to remind me why I don't use ebay anymore. Thankfully there are less antiquated options available - ones that value the customer experience.
I followed instructions, I contacted customer service immediately regarding a problem- they had the ability to help me resolve the issue and they refused. Their platform did not give me access to reach seller (15 mins after a sale) and they refused to put me in contact. Do NOT use ebay - I personally won't make that mistake ever again.
