Been over 2 months since i have returned an item and have not received the refund. Been promissed every single time that in 48 to 72 hrs i would be receiving the refund of that we have emailed the back office and in 48 hrs you will have this sorted or Leave this with me i will be the one in charge of the case and will get this sorted and so on and so forth.
Every single time i have allocated more than 48 or 72 hrs ( usually double the time span so that this gets sorted and it did not )
