a buyer gave me a neutral rating. said i did not describe my item properly. i did and the proof was in the ad text, but ebay would not take it back, after i complained.
Ebays has a new policy of wanting my banking information, because they have separated from pay-pal. Not comfortable with giving my banking info. For now no more ebay for me.
