Ebay is in SERIOUS NEED of a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
There is no longer any live help in customer service. And the automated system is completely boxed into a very narrow and usually unhelpful system. This amounts to FRAUD. Buyers and Sellers have a very big case developing. This FAKE disorganized company will soon go the way of SEARS. It is time to end this charade.
