I must agree with earlier posts. Ebay´s customer support was excellent (5 stars) until 1-2 years ago, especially the phone support. Nowadays, the phone numbers are all gone, and Ebay only offers chatbots as customer support.
For example. I recently got scammed by one seller, so I tried to get help from Ebay to solve the issue. The phone numbers where no longer in use, so I tried email and chat. But, Ebay did nothing, and the chatbots could not assist in anyway. So, I paid 300 dollars for a product, and proof that that the package never arrived to my address (package tracking history). But still, Ebay did not ban the seller, nor "step in" as they did before.
This is positive news for the competitors! :) Ebay´s dominance is definitely going to end soon. Consumers always wins in the end! :)
