Been ebay customer for 20+ years and loved them till now. I was a concierge customer for last 2-3 years. Can't even get a live person to help.
Seller sold fake item advertised as "new and authentic." Open dispute case online because ebay no longer provides LIVE help. Customer service closed my dispute - no explanation. Now I am out almost $100. Closing my account.
