What on earth has happened to Ebay?!
Someone sold me illegal counterfeit apple products - ebay ignored all my correspondence and closed the case. I'm now £200 down and in receipt of fake products I can't do anything with - sales that were against Ebay's selling policy.
No contact numbers available for Ebay and they ignore all customer complaint emails.
Amazon far superior in this day in age.
