as a buyer for two decades ebay I am disappointed to inform that eBay has become harder to contact and harder to receive help and satisfaction from his customer service. this year 2021 I had three problems and Ebay did not make it right. I strongly believe that they made ethically wrong choices the way they handled it. he stated again and again “the computer will not let me do anything“ “There’s nothing I can do” they were a stone wall there in the wrong. I have lost money on each of the transactions. i can no longer trust transactions with ebay.
