I purchased a handbag (from Las Vegas) and returned it as it was not to my liking. The return label was scanned over two weeks ago and still receives notices from Ebay to "Hurry Up and return the bag before the return window ends".....really? No one picks up in customer service -- robotic messaging and you are left feeling frustrated wondering if you will ever receive your refund.
