Purchase a pet containment system which was 'New' on ebay. Unfortunately did not open the item till 30 days had passed (45 actually) and found missing power supply, collar had been cut and used by another dog and collar recharger missing. Contacted an Ebay representative via phone and was told that since 30 days had passed they could do nothing other than tell the seller bad boy. Thanks for nothing Ebay - a world class scam site these days.
