eBay does not back up sellers
Had a buyer buy a bike for 1700.00
Then buyer said it was too small and that he’d resell it off I could not refund.
I have a no return policy. So a day later the buyer made up a story and requested a refund.
eBay did not back me up at all.
On top of that the buyer sent the bike back with damage to the frame which dropped the value from 400-500.00
All I got back was 100.00 deducted off the refund.
eBay case reviewers are not trained to see the real picture.
