I have 2 complaints about Ebay Have phoned several times and got nowhere
1 a service advisor called Ariel was supposed to ring me about a problem with eBay not updating listings I had an offer of 80% off fees and I couldn’t list on Friday or Saturday This service advisor said he would make sure I didn’t lose out on the 80% off, but I’m still waiting for the call
2. I listed a Dior charm which eBay removed saying it was counterfeit which it wasn’t They didn’t contact me just high handedly removed the listing It has to be flagged to some team to investigate which will take 24-48 hours The 80% off fees ends tomorrow
Customer service is totally useless All you get is sorry
If they don’t sort these issues out I will be leaving eBay and selling elsewhere
