Suspended my account for "violating policy," but I barely use the site and only buy things occasionally for my kids. After 2 days of calling, emailing, sitting on hold and dealing with terrible customer service, someone finally told me they suspended it because I don't use it enough and the suspension is indefinite. So unless I sign up for a new email account I can never use this marketplace because I don't shop enough.
