I have been an eBay seller/buyer since 2007 with 💯 positive reviews from 900 customers. Last sale made me to cancel the eBay account as I see they promote the fraudulent transaction. I reported this particular buyer as a fraudulent misrepresentation of facts and eBay still is holding my money until the item is returned. It’s been weeks and I have not reviewed the item. My policy is “no returns” all communication was via eBay and they sided with the bogus claim from the buyer.
I have wasted money and time to a policy of eBay which provides for a fraud to take priority over truth
