Ebay customer service is the worst!
I've had technical issues with my account for 5 months with the IT team.
Talked with at least 10 different Ebay representatives and all promises to get it fixed and call back on a follow-up,
6 months later issues still not fixed and after numerous promises to call back to get the issues fixed ZERO calls and ive spent at least 7 hours on the phone with them.
Ebay could care less about the sellers except for changing fees to the seller
