To put it mildly, I don't believe there a Customer Service department worse than that at Ebay. It is absolutely amazing, no matter what help you need, what question you ask, you will always get the pre-scripted response. "eBay protocol,,,,BLAH BLAH BLAH"
What is even sadder than that, is how hard it is to communicate with the
"customer service" assistants. 1) not very understandible, or not quite ready for communicating in English 2) not capable of actually considering what the full question is. 3) not responding in any way other than robotic. 4) not turning down background noise)
eBay has set a new standard, for incompetent customer service. eBay is sincerely at the bottom of the list
