Purchased a watch which I never received . The seller had a tracking number but the item never got to my address. Either Ebay nor the seller would even help me file a claim with the USPS. After contacting the Postal Service the told me the shipper needs to file the claim. Ebay closed the case and will not reopen it. There is no way now to get a human being on the phone with Ebay. I am now filing with my credit card.
So disappointing.
