Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting. Sold on ebay through global shipping which was fine but then now the buyer has committed fraud and says something was not new when in fact it was. They accepted his return and now I have to find £250 for postage from his country to here to return it otherwise they refund him the £2000. I am a single parent with a child with autism and they offer no help on returns. It's disgusting and shamefully how they don't provide help
