I ordered a massage gun that stated it was new. A month into receiving it I find it will no longer charge or work. The seller and eBay say there is nothing they can do as I am passed the 30-day money guarantee.
Effectively, I bought a massage gun on its last legs that was billed as unused for £57.99, and both seller and eBay refused to refund me.
