Seller couldn't fulfil 2 separate orders and refunded a month later after I chased them.
Negative feedback was left for both orders and subsequently removed by ebay.
Although they make it extremely difficult to actually get in touch with someone at ebay, I eventually managed to get a message back from them stating along the lines "due to privacy concerns we can't discuss feedback removal".
If it wasn't such a well-known company, I'd be sure it was a scam website.
