I've been buying & a little selling on ebay for many years. I like the transparency & choice from where you buy. But recently I've noticed some sellers have found their way round this. I don't like clothing from China.. It is often poor quality /sizing & in effect counterfeit. So I always use the UK only option. However a few recent purchases I've made are clearly from China (written content, labels etc) and are of this poor quality. The images posted on the listing are not a true representation smart of what is actually despatched. That are grossly under sized and of really poor quality. I assume these are garments made in China then imported to & distributed from UK bases to make it seem like UK goods. Several times that I've requested returns for such rubbish rather than throw good money away, the seller will try to strike a bargain in offering a partial refund & not bother sending the grament back. Surely this proves the mass produced rubbish that even they don't want back. I guess the proof is in the price & I must be wary of cheap offers & steer clear in future. But I wish ebay could find a way to stop this fraud. I suppose the only way would be to have a"British /euro made " option.
