they are now much better at getting a result for the buyer, in that any problems are quickly and efficiently dealt with, and they buyer usually is able to get a refund. However, if you are the seller, this is a totally different prospect in that you really have no power to deal with a problem because eBay always seem to take the side of the buyer and forces the seller to return the buyers, regardless whether or not the buyer may be lying or claim they have not received the item. This is a serious implication that eBay needs to address so that both buyer AND seller can have a fair conclusion to potential problems.
