The buyer and seller became totally confused since the two orders had the same item, at the same price, from the same buyer, for delivery to the same address and with the same details and order number. Online customer support have proved utterly hopeless. Ebay are only interested in making sales and if anything goes wrong in the process they are simply not interested, nor do they have a facility to deal with the problem.
