Shocking service from customer services who don't speak or understand English. After I had my account hacked I was advised to change my password which I did. No refund was given nor postage for sending back product. Instead I was left to change bank details, notify PayPal and also left out of pocket. eBay absolutely useless and of no help whatsoever. eBay users beware.
