Overall i'm a big eBay user & fan
Very recently leaving feedback on anything where supplier is based in the PRC or makes it look like they are UK based [when they aren't] is impossible
Same on products such as hand sanitizer gel, face masks & loo roll
Items details are mostly removed from purchase list
Seems to me that eBay appear to want to avoid adverse publicity making money out of a crisis
