As a buyer, I consider that Ebay does not endorse the secure purchase guarantee. Buy some items from a seller called pro_motor_g (20760). The seller sent me half of the merchandise that was supposed to form my order. Now Ebay indicates that my claim and possibility of return is closed because the company does not accept my claim. It seems that EBAY is supporting sellers to keep the buyers' money, because they have not answered me either.
