Ebay makes it impossible to do a return in a timely manner. I had no trouble with Walmart or Amazon. The seller sent only a partial order. I asked for a return and that process is one of the worst in any online business. ebay is full of scam artist sellers. The seller posted a picture with a tool and attachments and only sent the attachments with no tool; offered to refund me 2 dollars and future discounts. The return process is made to frustrate and stop the buyer. ebay finally sent me a return label after three weeks. I tracked the package after I sent it and it is being delivered by USPS. No refund yet. I will delete my ebay account and never buy again
