I sold something under my bay policy of no returning - as a single mom and old eBay customer ( over 8 years ) I have corona In quarantine- money already spent for something else to my 10 year old They put a hold on the money after few days Why they even have the policy ?? The person who bid the item under the circumstances where it’s says no refund ( should understand that and bid someone’s else ) please an advice I hate amazon I sent an advice that was working now besides eBay put a hold on my little ones money I have no guarantee in what I will receive ..
