I wish I could give ebay less stars! I'm new to eBay and didn't expect to have this horrible experience. I purchased an item from seller, who refused return and advised to escalate to eBay support. After contacting support team they advised me that they would assist, I would need to return at my own cost and if the seller did not refund they would. Ok so I returned the item after which they advised me that they couldn't help. I ended up without my purchased item and a refund. EBay refused to help and assist customer. No wonder Amazon is succeeding as they stand by their customers!
