I recently made a purchase and the seller cancelled , a week later I still haven't received my refund.
Contacted eBay through eBay and they requested I provide item number , transaction number and other information.
The seller has not replied to my message either .
eBay makes it extremely difficult to resolve issues through their help center as every case has it's differences ..
Its basically a lesson learned on my part .
I buy almost daily on eBay and this experience has me sourcing items from other platforms .
