very bad service
My account is suspended and they sent me an email asking me to call a number to reset my account. but in that number it is impossible to speak to a human being, I have been trying to speak to someone for several weeks, and when I enter the eBay chat they tell me that due to the pandemic situation the lines are closed but that the only way to fix my situation is Calling, how should I understand this? Very disappointed on eBay if you have a problem where you need to call, you will be very frustrated there is no one to help you, very bad service for us sellers and buyers who in the end are the ones who pay for them to be sustained in the market
