Got scammed by a seller who sold me a fake item. eBay was so unhelpful and gave conflicting advice. This dragged out the process, caused unnecessary stress and confusion. I'm still fighting for my refund until today. But the seller is allowed to continue defrauding buyers. After this experience, I will NEVER buy anything from eBay again.
