I tried to return a product, ebays website glitched and never completed the process. I spoke with 5 different agents, all of whom were incapable of doing anything, in the end they said it's my fault and nothing can be done. Ebays website caused technical issues and now I can't get my money back. Don't waste your time or money with these thieves, they don't know how to run a proper business.
