When I discovered that I did not have a handbook for the car I bought from ebbsfleet specialistcars I called John the sales manager. Within a few seconds he said he would get me one.
Most car dealers would not be bothered. Not John he makes sure the customer comes first. I collect my handbook later today. How’s that for service.
