My son bought a mini of these lot. Hex was told its had a big service before they collected it, by John after 6 months of having the car the coil pack melted and it had to be repaired. We took it to another garage who said its never been serviced and if it had the spark plugs should have been changed and this wouldn't of happened and they finally admitted this on an email, after charging me £400 towards the cost of the repair...guess what it's now packed up again after 7 months. 5 faults on a diagnostic by the AA. Again they want us to pay for this? We are seeking legal advise on the miss sold goods act. I wouldn't trust these as they lie to you to get the sale.
