Did a click and collect order. Store website says 15 minute click and collect.
Went into store, the store clerk was taking a personal call and ignored me for 10 minutes and then said “do you need something” when I said we have a click and collect order she then stated that they don’t even have stock of the item and it will most likely be cancelled.
Horrible service, very unprofessional and uncomfortable environment.
Would definitely not recommend.
