EB GAMES WODEN Did a click and collect order. Store website says 15 minute click and collect. Went into store, the store clerk was taking a personal call and ignored me for 10 minutes and then said “do you need something” when I said we have a click and collect order she then stated that they don’t even have stock of the item and it will most likely be cancelled. Horrible service, very unprofessional and uncomfortable environment. Would definitely not recommend.

I used to have nothing but good things to say about EB Games up until 2-3 years ago Have not bought a thing from them for this amount of time! Guess they just programmed their stuff to say that looks like a wear and tear issue never used the item till one day decided to pull it out of the box three uses later it broke I was six months down the track and clearly, you could see it was a product manufacture issue where the plastic on the turtle beach headset was faulty. bad customer service! I feel really ashamed that I used to spend 15k plus at this store a year beforehand. I will never buy anything from here ever again. This is just an example of four items I brought back for shame EB this is just appalling. Can't believe I wasted so much money in this store. they never even replied when this issue was raised in store. When the manager said would hear back from EB head office within a couple of days. Just Saying Don't waste your time or money on these sores just shop around and get it elsewhere, cheaper and under a better warranty!!!!

Dogs for not giving loyal level 4 customers a chance to get the 30th anniversary edition of the ps5 pro. Just because we can't afford to crqck level 5.

I just went in to return a faulty headset ro be told by the most rude and arrogant staff member that it wasn’t on the system. I proceeded to tell her whom I bought it off and when and how which she replied to with a dead look but it’s not on the system. She wanted to provide no solution except for purchase another one and then was irate and yelling at me. At the end she called security and got kicked me out for passive aggressive behaviour while telling me she was the store manager. Talk about abuse of authority! I’ve probably spent a year of your salary! Don’t work in customer service if you don’t know how to deal with customers. Never go to the pink haired lady that claims she’s the store manager. She’ll be rude and yelling and than kick you out! Shameless.

They put the wrong address on my recipiet despite me proving I put the correct address, now I'm taking them to NCAT as they kept blaming me, I complained to fair trading. EB offered me a voucher for price of my game which I accepted in exchange for going away and they rescinded it, lying it so now I'm suing em. You really goanna lie that you didn't tell Fair Trading that.

As I am writing this review I am still waiting to hear back from customer service. I have made 3 phone calls all with extended wait time 30min+, 2 emails and still nothing. On the fourth phone call I spoke to Jordan who would/could not help me and informed me no manager would talk to me with my complaint as it was no worth a manager's time. I made an online order, they have sent me the incorrect game and it is up to me to return to a store for a refund??? They would not assist me with this fault that was clearly on their side or even refund me on shipping. The worst customer service I have ever received!

Eb games brookside and Stafford sold Faulty consoles and refused full refund only trade in. 6 months later went in and found out my wife and I are banned and doing any purchases without knowledge

Went in on 23: 12 cued for ages advised the lady I had no idea about these products said I need game for x box s. Trusted she knew sold me a pre owned disc with telling me it was pre owned for a system that doesn’t take disc Ph the store on bring it back for a refund before the 10/1 it’s an Xmas gift Didn’t advise I can buy it on line NO Help for non gamers 😞

Controller for Xbox stopped working, out if warranty because the are shut and can’t do anything!!! The CEO should really read these comments and do something about their pathetic service.

Over the years just EB has just manage to keep falling. No longer be using them or suggesting it to anyone. Get wrong console copies of pre-orders over the year's. Games that are supposed to be brand new come with a scratch or finger prints on them. Last one that put me over the edge was when I bought a pre owned console, controller had faults. Ps4 it self look like it came out a stereo type German dungeon. So as you could imagine was disgusting. Cleaned console it work. However the controller wasn't. I went back to get a replacement one as it wasn't usable. Wouldn't replace it cause they had no pre owned ones. Making me pay for the brand new one. May as well got a new console for that or just save a little more and get a ps5.

I attempted to return a wired Xbox controller that was sold to my youngest son as a wireless controller => he wrapped it for my eldest son’s birthday. At unwrapping the present, it was obviously wired, so not opened. Following lockdowns etc the April purchase was returned by me in august => “the return is outside of return policy time”. Refusal by staff to follow consumer law

“Ana” from “customer service” really doesn’t know any customer service. Reaching out to all the CEO’s, Managing Directors, Area Managers etc. She really is useless but actually she is pretty good at mucking you around and sending messages back and forward getting nowhere. She actually thinks she’s on a carousel game going around and around. Pathetic!!!!

EB games got extra xbox series x consoles to sell to the general public and the staff rang there friends to come purchase them. Told head office and they didnt care. can not trust this company
