EB Games are actually so incompetent. I have made 3 attempts to change the email on my account to no avail. Every time they assure me it's all done and I still can't use my account. I was on hold for over 30 minutes to be hung up on. Once I have used the total of my gift card I will never be shopping at EB games again.
